Mellanbygdens Transport AB is growing and needs an additional transport coordinator for our office in Robertsfors.

About the position

In the role of transport coordinator, you will primarily work with tasks such as transport management and planning, sales of goods and services, cost estimation, and invoicing. We are looking for someone who is interested in coordinating and solving tasks mainly related to the construction industry together with your colleagues.

Good communication and engagement are constant and important factors in this role; you are expected to work well in a team and manage both customers, partners, and collaborators effectively. During busy periods, a high work pace may occur, and most tasks require good computer skills as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Experience in leading people and practical experience with construction machinery and trucks is also advantageous.

Mellanbygdens Transport is a machinery and construction company operating mainly between Umeå and Skellefteå, with a turnover of approximately 150 million SEK and 85 vehicles. We conduct extraction activities and deliver from a total of 13 different quarries and actively work to promote circular material management. Our position between Umeå and Skellefteå gives us a strong foundation to be a reliable supplier to the Norrbotniabanan and other major contracts between Umeå and Skellefteå.
